Most large customers do not have a clear understanding of their service inventory and contractual commitments.  Without clear visibility, they struggle to evaluate new technologies, leverage their total spending to obtain better rates, obtain quotes from competitive vendors, avoid costly auto-renewal of contracts, pay and audit their billing, or manage their network.  Getting helpdesk and trouble support from their vendors becomes very challenging. Agents can’t help customers who lack a structured inventory of services and contracts.  Even when customers provide bills and contracts, the carriers make those as difficult to understand as possible.  Without the proper systems and personnel, building a sourceable inventory you could quote alternative services from is a monumental and time consuming effort.

Enter VentureGroup and our LCM solutions.  Our experienced team and advanced resources enable us to build a comprehensive inventory and analyze the contract obligations in detail.  Then, we will collaborate with you to create an optimization strategy that will reduce costs and improve productivity for your customers – with relatively little effort on your part or theirs.  For your larger customers, we will perform the analysis of current services and costs, evaluate contract commitments, generate quotes, create proposals that show cost savings and the rollout strategy for service migration, and, as desired, participate in helping to sell the solutions.  Best of all, we take care of the entire implementation!

LCM is provided as a web-based system that also provides TEM capabilities for paying a customer’s bills, as well as general ledger coding and auditing them.  However, it goes way beyond TEM by providing a 24/7 help desk and trouble ticketing for both wireline and wireless customers.  Many customers will be interested in having managed internet and router services added on top of these services.  This means your customer has all of their information at their fingertips, viewable in a single pane of glass.

The easiest path to get into a customer is to discuss saving them money with their existing vendors.  By working with us, you can do this and generate significant income, where we do most of the work.  Traditionally, agents could only make money if a customer switched vendors.  But when customers think of migration, they think of it as a risky process with lots of work for them.  Therefore, they may not even engage with you to see what value they could obtain by working with you.  With our process, you can describe to a customer the savings we can generate – without migration of services.

Our shared savings approach works to audit for overcharges, renegotiate contracts for lower rates, disconnect services they are unknowingly being billed for but did not have, remove unneeded services, reconfigure existing services for efficiency, and upgrade to better and lower cost products.  The customer is charged a percentage of the savings and you are paid from that.  Everybody wins!  To make this even better, our approach allows us to gather comprehensive information on your customer’s existing services and contracts, so we can show them alternatives with other vendors and technologies, which will lead to migrations of many services.  What services a customer doesn’t migrate due to having a long-term contract commitment, or for any other reason, you will still generate commissions from the savings.  Our shared savings approach opens opportunities to present migration solutions you would otherwise not have.

Our shared savings approach isn’t new, as some companies have built a model out of it that they use for their own sales.  What is new is an agency-based model where you can earn commissions presenting this capability while another company does the work for you.  This pitch is simple to present and attractive to customers.  Essentially, you will be presenting a way they can reduce their costs on existing services, while showing them the best of all of the other solutions on the market – without costing your customer anything.  This approach will give you the chance to get at bat with dramatically more opportunities.  Your role is to get the customer interested and help with obtaining information.  We take care of the heavy lifting of analysis and proposals.  Once they see the savings laid out in a detailed and organized way, selling the benefits of the proposal becomes easy. 

White Label and Wholesale Solutions

VentureGroup has a 30+ year track record of helping telecommunication companies, MSP’s, VAR’s, phone and equipment providers, security solutions companies, or other vendors of products and services, expand their portfolio.  These additions enhance their ability to close more opportunities for their core product set.  Our solutions include wholesale and white label solutions for internet access, managed services, LCM, and others that can complement your core products.  These solutions help make quoting, implementation and billing easy and seamless.  Our services, along with our contract discovery capabilities, will enable you to sell your services more easily, providing a key differentiator in the market.  You don’t need to add any staff to provide these services.  Additionally, by lowering your customer’s costs, we create savings to help your customers afford your core products, all while you are making additional profits.  For our partners who wish to bring us new MSPs, VARs, or carriers to take advantage of these solutions, we will pay an override on the revenue generated.

VentureGroup has created a proprietary web-based workflow management system for the process of quoting, ordering, implementation, and commission reconciliation.  We can stage and manage even the largest and most complex multi-location multivendor customer orders, handling the process from solution design to quoting to implementation.  Unlike traditional vendor systems, which are designed for their direct sales efforts but are not well designed for third-party channels, VentureGroup’s systems allow vendors and agents to work together more productively with full transparency.  Working with us, we not only handle the work involved, but you will also have a transparent view of all quotes, orders, and status in real-time, and utilize our ability to reconcile and process commissions efficiently and effectively.
