Expanding Service Offerings

Another unique facet of our business is that we help vendors expand not just the range of their offerings by providing additional complementary products and recruiting net new agents to sell their products, we can also create the underlying systems and processes necessary to sell, provision, and even bill those customers.   These new systems and provisioning platforms can also be purchased either as a wholesale or a white-label product set.  This will help vendors and service providers sell more of their core products and keep other providers from having a product or service advantage over you.

VentureGroup has perfected processes to help the direct sales team’s close customer opportunities for carriers that permit partnering between direct and indirect channels.   Our Life Cycle Management approach allows us to present a complete and sourceable inventory of a customer’s services and associated contract commitments.  By collaborating with VentureGroup, we and our partner agents can help you maximize the opportunity to sell your services by making it easy to quote and evaluate the benefits of your solutions, then have our team manage the migration of services in support of your team.  Additionally, if there are products you do not have that a customer wishes to purchase, you have a friendly partner who can provide that part of the solution to block out competitors.
