VG’s agent development managers are assigned to each partner agent to provide training, ongoing operational support, and can work with the agent to develop a custom business growth plan.   The agent manager will help the agent understand the strengths of each  carrier’s network and products and how to best position the various service options.  The agent development manager can work with the agent directly, or with sub-agents if so desired by a master agent.  VG keeps up with all of the products, rates, forms, processes, compensation, and carrier contacts so our partners can easily stay up to date.
