We work with all types of TEM agents, regardless of your compensation or service model. VG offers assistance with examining carrier options and technology solutions as well as providing any niche managed services that a TEM company does not have in their product offering to help win business. (e.g. consolidated bill payment for larger, multi-location customers, or mobile device management). Most services are capable of being private labeled and your firm retains control of the end user interface.
- VG offers creative ways to strengthen your value proposition while decreasing your workload. We can act as a single point of contact for pricing, provisioning, order status and commissions, as applicable, for most carrier services. In addition, we have crafted partnerships with some TEM providers where we assist them with helping to reduce costs for their customer’s existing services in a manner where we are not compensated by the carrier but operate with the TEM company in a shared-savings model partnership.
- Professional Services - Many TEM partners do not have in depth knowledge of the more advanced telecommunications services such as MPLS networks and converged voice and data networks. We can handle any of your customers needs with respect to the design and pricing of a new network, spec out network design, advise on cost saving options, or conduct an RFP for the new services, and we can provide such services on an hourly basis.. This professional services option can be provided as a revenue sharing arrangement where a percentage of the professional service fees go back to our TEM partner. We can also deliver this option as a part of a private label service under your customer agreements. These services can give you a distinct advantage when competing for new business and a new revenue stream when going back to existing customers.
